Company history
From hauling to heavy civil
Quality was founded in the late 1980s by Anthony Salmeri, initially as a transportation company. We partnered with several mobile home manufacturers, with our main focus at that time on the transportation and installation of mobile homes.
In the late 1990s, under the leadership of Anthony Salmeri and his son David, we began providing commercial construction services, focusing on civil utilities. With a decade of experience in the transportation industry behind us, we also began offering aggregate hauling services.
From that time forward, we've continued doing public and private construction in Waco and the surrounding region, while building lasting relationships with people, organizations, and businesses across the local community.
In recent years, we've worked with the cities of Waco, Bellmead, Robinson, and Woodway, along with McLennan County, the State of Texas, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and a number of privately owned businesses and private citizens. Our commercial and residential projects range from driveways and minor roads to municipal utility work and large-scale commercial construction.
